Our cold front

is passing by---45 degrees this AM. By Thursday it will warm up and be in the upper 70's and lower 80's by the week-end. The sun is shining however.

Some sun, but cold and windy

It's been somewhat cold here today, but there has been some sunshine. When I last checked just a few minutes ago, the temperature was at 41 degrees. But you know something, I enjoy the cold weather; I really do. Maybe it's because I was born in the Midwest - Michigan, to be exact. I hope to someday be on radio in a cold weather location.

Oh, BuffaloJoe, that picture from the Nickel City is not bad at at all. I even have an interest in the greatest radio station in Buffalo history. Maybe we can talk about that sometime, friend. Hope to hear from you soon.

It was actually pretty nice today. Temperature was about 50 and sunny. Tomorrow it's supposed to be 56 and sunny. Maybe I'll put up my Christmas lights without freezing this year.

Cool and perfect here in Simi. One needs a sweater but that's it. I think it was raining in Warshington - I saw the President with an umbrella. We forget that it rains in other places in the country.

WOW!!!!!

What's wrong here? The Twin Cities should get snow before Oklahoma.

Roy, should I send you my snow shovel? I'm not going to be needing it

Well, what can I say about our weather here in the UK? Today in the central part of the country, it is dull, windy and we have a real threat of rain and it is not at all warm.

Not so funny a story--

before we sold our home in Maryland , we had a yard sale, but we were getting requests for one item, that was stolen from our front porch---it was the middle of February and snow shovels were sarce. Someone helped themselves to ours. We had 2 feet of snow that Feruary and we moved the following July.

Greg

What's a snow shovel?

Seriously, the locals don't know what to do about the stuff. They especially don't know how to drive in it. What a bizarre change in weather. Two days ago it was 74F but the low tonight is supposed to be 8F.

I can remember, when I was young, that we had snow every year and that each season was really defined. We have not had a real good snowfall, where I live, for some years now.

In Norway, it's cold...but not so cold as it should be, considdering it's the 1st of December. It said in the newspapers that November 2006, has been the hottest ever. In every newspaper it says "where is the winter??"

It's springtime here. It will reach over 70 degrees today. At this time of year, it is usually between 30 and 40 degrees. Unbelievable!!!!

I love the cold, and snow, so I am not a happy camper today.

It was like that for the previous two weeks we had here in Arkansas, and then the cold front from Alaska hit. It got down to like 19 degrees here last night with a slight dusting of snow.

The time in Rio is very strange. During the day its a sunny day, too hot and at evening the time changes and rains.
It's Springtime!
