Glaciers may be melting but I unplugged my sub-zero today and put everything on my deck. I'm going green, folks. I wonder if Al Gore does that.

The high today was -20 degrees.

The shocks in my car are literally frozen. Driving around town is a pounding experience. I just washed and semi - dried my golden doodle ... if I let him out right now, he'll become a Dogsicle!

Our tiny shih tsu (8lbs) ran hiding when I dragged his big brother into the shower. The shih tsu is officially the smartest being in our home today. The snowblower refuses to crank over .... good thing its too darn cold to snow. Not a cloud in the sky ... my hotub beckons to me, like a cruel joke. Not a chance in hell I'll try to dash across the frozen deck into the tub

I'll land on my frozen backside.

A special thanks to the glorious state of Minnesota, which apparently has gifted Ontario with this spectacular cold front.

Here's the golden doodle when he was a pup ... too cute for words. Sure brings a smile to my daughter's faces. That little guy is now 85lbs.
