It was mild, next couple days will be raw. Morning is rotten enough even when it's nice. Throw in cold and raw, and you might as well throw it out.

It's a roller coaster. A couple more ugly cold fronts. I want under 40 to go away forever. I wouldn't mind seeing under 50 follow it right out the door.

Unrelated - Korman Corporation has a nearby strip mall. They upped everyone's rent in an unrealistic big hike. Three chain establishments; a food store, a five & dime, and a restaurant; all split in the past month, leaving black ugly storefront holes with "for lease" signs in their windows. Hey, good for community morale. Rub it in everyone's faces.

What a stupid thing to do - jack up the rent in the first usually slow, dead quarter of the year. (May is a better time to pull this crap.) What kind of half assed idiots are hired to call the shots at this commercial leasing division of this huge realty corporation?
