The way he sings that song has to be coming straight from the heart......Beautiful calming voice, perfect diction, you name it, he's got it nailed......it makes me want to be a tree or a mountain, etc..

And WHOEVER picked those pictures should have a huge sense of quality.....

And "Green" was indeed the published title of the Joe Raposo song which was first sung by Kermit The Frog (Jim Henson) on TV's Sesame Street in 1970.

Sinatra's rendition appeared as "Bein' Green" on the single recorded for Reprise on October 26, 1970, with a Don Costa arrangement. The song appeared also on the LP albums Sinatra & Company (1971) and Frank Sinatra's Greatest Hits, Vol. 2 (1972). Love that Opening Page! I read a cool article a while ago about Joe Raposo, who was a Harvard grad but was known for his rumpled, down to earth demeanor - it related how his first meeting with FS was memorable; that's not hard to figure, actually.
