nostalgia for me used to be something charming and kitsch, like an old movie or the clothes i'd see on photo's of older family members, lately though it seems, Nostalgia seems more like an island I used to live on, filled with strange pastimes like 27 aside football in the park, bizarre foodstuffs like SPAM fritters washed down with cans of Top Deck shandy, the jangle of a Mr Whippy and it's doppler effect as it went from one end of the street to the other.
