The following thread covers many of these in the later years:
One Song, Two Concept Albums (Capitol / Reprise) I'll try to add a list of Victor and Columbia recordings in the future. |

Another good tool
Hi Paul another good thing to use that's handy is Wikipedia's list of Frank Songs he recorded. They list the songs in alphabetical order and beside each song they list how many times he recorded it in studio.

Various
As far as I know, there is only one song that Frank made studio versions of three times, all for the same label: "Day In, Day Out." 1953 with Axel Stordahl, 1954 with Nelson Riddle, 1958 with Billy May, all on Capitol.
There are at least six released versions of "The Song Is You" if you include all four labels. |

This is one of Frank's best tools at keeping in touch with the times and the audience.
You know, twenty years is nothing anymore. But the score between 1945 and 1965 was a huge gap, culturally, socially, and technologically. He bridged it.
