Bill and Jeff Morrison give us a couple of smiles. The booth at 10 o'clock is where Frankie did his vocals to keep his voice isolated from the musicians.

A reverse angle on Bill and the orchestra. Behind Terry Woodson is the room where the strings play I mentioned earlier. The walls open and close like magic.

Frankie's headphones gave him a much clearer idea of what the tracks would sound like.

The booth behind him is where the percussionist was.

The percussionist. I'm sorry I don't know his name but I can find out.

Frankie directs Bill's reading of an intro to one of the songs. I wish I could remember what it was.

And Frankie steps into his.

As I look back at these shots I think about how sick Frankie was when he did this project. There was a lot of stress and worry about the outcome of his illness. I honestly don't know how he did it, but on the other hand it may be the music that helped bring him through.

Mike Garrison filmed the session.
