Is It Just My Imagination (or Senior 'Citizenship')...

...but there seem to be a lot more compilations coming out of England these days than in previous years. I'm obviously directing this to our terrific Sinatra statisticians -- Bob, Marty, Library Bob, et al. Per Mel, the packaging is also outstanding!

The correct release date is October 1972. The cover design was by Teresa Alfieri; notes by Robert Ulrich. This was basically a double-LP repackaging of the two 1966 albums, Frank Sinatra's Greatest Hits: The Early Years (Volumes One and Two), with one track removed from each LP.

The track listing shown in the lead post is correct only for non-USA reissues on the CBS label. There were several in different countries, most with different catalog numbers (see below*).

The USA release on the Columbia label had the sides in the original order (with a few small track changes), as shown by the front cover track list (and as indicated with complete discographical details in my posts for the single LPs). The two records would play in the order listed above when stacked-and-flipped on a record changer.

*Releases:
Australia: CBS S2BP-220124
France: CBS 65276-7
Germany: CBS KG-31358 / PG-31358
Holland: CBS 67238 / S67238
UK: CBS 22108
USA: Columbia KG-31358 / PG-31358

To further clarify, this is the ACTUAL track order of the USA release (Columbia KG-31359 / PG-31359):
Record One (Columbia C-31359)

Side 1A ("Play" Side One)
  1. I've Got A Crush On You
  2. If You Are But A Dream
  3. Nancy (With The Laughing Face)
  4. The Girl That I Marry
  5. The House I Live In (That's America To Me)

    Side 1B ("Play" Side Four)

  6. Saturday Night (Is The Loneliest Night In The Week)
  7. Five Minutes More
  8. Sunday, Monday Or Always
  9. The Coffee Song (They've Got An Awful Lot Of Coffee In Brazil)
  10. Dream

    Record Two (Columbia C-31360)

    Side 2A ("Play" Side Two)

  11. Mean To Me
  12. I Have But One Heart (O Marenariello)
  13. The Moon Was Yellow
  14. Full Moon And Empty Arms
  15. Put Your Dreams Away (For Another Day)

    Side 2B ("Play" Side Three)

  16. Day By Day
  17. I Couldn't Sleep A Wink Last Night
  18. Ol' Man River
  19. Time After Time
  20. I'm A Fool To Want You

Note 1: The sequential (numerical) track order shown here is the same as that listed on the front cover.

Note 2: When stacked on a record changer (and flipped midway), the "play" order of the sides is: 1A, 2A, 2B, 1B. That is how the sides are ordered in the liner notes image shown above (from eBay), and how they were physically RE-ORDERED (incorrectly) on the two records of the various international CBS releases itemized in my first post. (Before being edited, the lead post of this thread specified record/side numbers corresponding to those CBS releases.)

Note 3: Many of these songs were alternate takes, as indicated in the track listings for the single LPs in the thread for Frank Sinatra's Greatest Hits: The Early Years. The single LPs were released in 1966; this abridged, gatefold double LP in 1972.

Note 4: Catalog no. KG-31359 (first cover above) was the mono issue. PG-31359 (alternate cover above) was "Electronically re-recorded to simulate stereo" (sleeve quote).

I'm sure that's more than anyone wanted to know, but hopefully it sets straight the discographical record.
