Regarding the "16 Most Requested Songs," why is there an "explicit" version of it on Amazon?

The Amazon listing for 16 Most Requested Songs [Explicit] is an MP3 album download. The "Explicit" descriptor refers to the lyrics. I don't know why they are considered explicit, but only the lyrics to "The Coffee Song" are so designated.

I've noticed that "Explicit" rating on iTunes for some of Frank's albums and for other singers too, like Rosemary Clooney. Makes you wonder who's in charge of the rating system?

If it works the same as meta-tagging on iTunes podcasts, there's a yes/no option to tag a song as explicit embedded in the actual song/track file. Making the mistake of marking a song as explicit is easily done, but I don't know whether or not it's easily corrected once submitted for sale.

Haven't discovered the wonders of iTunes or MP3s as yet. Am I missing out on something important? As Larry Lee, my super World Lit professor used to say, "please elaborate!"
