Thanks for the web link, Gary. Here's the direct link to the corresponding video stream. This lets you watch the video (in Windows Media Player) without the surrounding advertising:

Thanks Bob.
Watching The Making of Body and Soul makes me wonder if a dvd was produced such as was done for The Making of Silent Night.

No such DVD has appeared as yet, to my knowledge. (I wondered the same thing, though.)

...and what else was recorded (or should I say re-recorded?) at that session?

I was thinking about that too, Paul.... did the orchestra record more songs during that session(s)?

That's wonderful news! After 7 weeks, the CD is still selling very well.

Well, sales have naturally slowed, but it's still on the charts. That says a lot for an album of this genre today. I'll probably stop reporting these numbers on a weekly basis. This is a summary to date.

Weeks: 7
Chart Positions: 2, 4, 6, 16, 17, 34, 45
Sales (x 1000): 99, 54, 37, 27, 29, 15, 12
Cumulative Sales: 273

It just shows that there is still a large market for FS.

I say the Video of "Body and Soul". I love it. And again it's a College level course in musicainship.

I love my copy of the cd. Larry Walsh, Charles Pigone, & Terry Woodson deserve a Job Well Done on the Mixing. The sound quality is very rich. I can here things I've never heard before in Frank's voice and in the orchestras. It sounds like Frank is seating right next to you singing.

I believe this album for everyone involved deserves there due and Feel the album is award worthy, But thats my thoughts.

Body and Soul is such a great song and video!! I agree Dale, the new album is for everyone, as in all FS albums are. Frank's music relates to young and old alike.

Yesterday I bought the CD/DVD version. Big record shops and variety stores have stacks of these on the shelf in Australia which is great. It is good to see a new attempt at making the Reprise recordings sound better too. So happy to see how well it has done on the Billboard 200.

I disagree with some of the compression that has been done between soft and loud passages on the tracks such as "Luck Be A Lady"

It's great to finally hear the reverberation cut right back!!!

I loved watching the DVD!!! It was so cool!!!

Looking forward to more releases like this in the near future!! Frank Lives!!!

Great job team!!!!
