Adam, I guess you are not familiar with "Seinfeld" the comedy show that ran for 9 years on TV. They had a recurring skit they did based on a small soup store located on W.55th St. off 8th Ave. in NYC. The soup was the best you could get anywhere and the lines were out the door every day. The owner was a strict enforcer of the rules of waiting on line, and many other things. If you did something wrong he would point his finger and say "NO SOUP FOR YOU!". On the show he was nicknamed "The Soup Nazi".
