College Football

It's that time of year. Tailgate parties and beer.

Watching grown men in tight pants chase pigskin around a field. Ya gotta love it!

September 2nd: USC Vs. Arkansas

Yeah, okay... so the Trojans will run us all over the field. But the Hogs ain't going down without a fight.

Any favorites? Who's your team?

Brady Quinn

Well, I have been watching USC for the past few years with the program they built. However, it's rebuilding time now, so we'll see...

In the meantime...how about that Brady Quinn @ Notre Dame?

Yes, Brady Quinn!

Voted numero uno college quarterback, and a contender for college football's highest honors.

Good luck to him.

You're practically forced to be a Sooner fan if you live in Oklahoma.
(Shhhh... don't tell 'em I still root for the Razorbacks.)

GO Nittany Lions!!!

Well given my user name, all know me as Penn State Fan, and through and through I bleed blue and white...Also kudos and prayers to Joe Paterno, our coach for decades who turns 80 this December...He reminds me of another famous Italian -American(Mr. Sinatra) who kept on performing and doing what he loved, regardless of his age..."Young at Heart" baby...Go Penn State!....Amy

Amy,

Mark your calender... the University of MN plays Penn State in Minneapolis. It should be a good game.

Hi Greg...

Of course my weekends are always marked in the fall...Yes the Gophers had an impressive outing against Kent St...The Nittany Lions won today 34-16...They had good moments...but also many mistakes...The game next week against Notre Dame will be the game to see what they really have...Our new quarterback, Morelli had over 200 yrds passing so there is potential ...our offensive line is very young...So yea the Big 10 is always fun....Vandy gave Michigan a bit of a scare early when it was 14-7 for the first 3 quarter but they(U of M) dominated in the end...hey good luck to you and your Gophers!...Amy
