Can anyone tell me anything about Johnny Prophet?

He sings 3 of the 13 songs on the "Kiss Me Kate" CD from the Reprise Repertory Theatre set and he is quite good.

He is from Rochester, NY graduating from high school in 1940.

I believe Nancy asked the same question on Nancy For Frank - Show #24. A later blog entry by the same author states:

I finally found him! Johnny Prophet is alive and well, comfortably retired and living in Southern California. Walks seven miles a day and from time-to-time, unannounced, still pops into some little desert intime boite and lets go with a song or two. ("Who WAS that masked man?")

I'd like to know more about him, too. He seems to be the one great unknown of the Reprise Musical Repertory Theater series. Pity. Excellent voice complimented by terrific Nelson Riddle and Skip Martin arrangements.

I'd be interested in knowing anything further about him, as well.
