Around one thirty this morning, with headphones on, I listened to that album in its entirety - I know what you mean!

Narrowing The List - NFF

Nancy, Chuckie, & The Usuals (sounds like a rock band) -- You're like kids 'trapped' in an ice cream factory -- the only way to get out is to 'sample' every flavor! Getting the song list down to 55 from the original '500,' sounds like a tough 'job' but someone has to do it!

You're envied by every SFFer!

To Todd Gordon & Nancy: Wow, I hear you! ! ! BTW, Great show, Nancy!!! I caught the replay of NFF today. Loved it as usual.

To set the mood properly, I recall a rainy Friday night, years ago. It's pouring! Sid Mark is broadcasting (at that time) on Philadelphia radio station WWDB. Before he plays the first cut, he instructs his listening audience to "fixed themselves a drink, if they're so inclined, sit back, listen and hide the razor blades." Nothing describes that song or album better.

Terrific group of songs! It's too bad you have to edit it all the way down to 55. Maybe Sirius or Lou will let you have an extra hour or two.

And great that you're playing some of your songs and Frank Jr.'s. I hope they make the final playlist.

Not so. It is the conversation between you and Chuck which makes it seem like a visit with friends with while listening to great music. When you add your coversations to the Sunday Crew's chatter, it make the listening experience completely comfortable and unique at the same time.

I completely agree, Mary! Besides the excellent song selections, what makes NFF so unique and special is the discussions between Nancy and Chuck. They're always insightful, informative and interesting. Plus, it's great when there's guests, like Nancy Sr., AJ, Steve Tyrell and all the others.
