Thanks for the heads-up, Bob. Sounds like a keeper show. Hopefully, I'll receive my first Sirius radio today or tomorrow in the mail and have it set up before Sunday or at least before the rebroadcast on Tuesday.

It supposedly can capture Sirius content and store it as an MP3 file and it would be great to have that show be the first one I put on it.

You can do that on your computer with Sirius Internet Radio very easily, although technically it's a violation of the Terms of Service. Let me know how you like the radio, David.

I hope it's like last time... some of those calls were hilarious.

The set featuring selections from the 1957 Seattle concert is especially appropriate this week. As mentioned in the thread for Frank's SIRIUS birthday celebration, the Artanis CD album cover contains the same photograph that was used for the model of the new FS postage stamp unveiled last week.

Is anyone else experiencing severe breakup of the sound on Sirius Internet Radio, beginning during the Italiano set?

Bummer. It's obviously coming from the source; I just hope it's not on Chuck's master. I wonder if it was heard on the Satellite broadcast? It seems to have cleared up during the 2nd Billie Holiday tune.

Bob

Yes, I experienced the sound breakup on the Italian songs but it's fine now. I've heard this on past shows too, so I knew it was problem with Sirius and it clears up eventually.

Nope, sorry. That's the long version from the Reprise suitcase. A rarity missed.

Thanks, Bob.

But the song just played and I think it's the longer version. I guess the CD wasn't used to get these tracks.

One of these days, you'll get the CD, Allen. (That CD Universe offer never panned out: It's still backordered, and I'm sure there is no new reissue.)

"Monday Morning Quarterback" has such a beautiful lyric. My favorite on the album, along with "I Loved Her."
