Hi Bob,

The listing on the Sirius site is now obsolete. Nancy has recorded a Valentine's Day show, and it will air this afternoon. You can check in with her to obtain the latest song list, etc.

Thanks!

Chuck

Thanks, Chuck. I've already received the preliminary Valentine's Day program rundown from Nancy.

There is no listing yet on the Sirius site for this week's show. They are usually very prompt at removing the prior week descriptions on Friday, but not always so quick to post the new description in time for Sunday's show. Whenever it shows up, I copy it to post #2 in these threads.

Great show so far! Really enjoyed the Columbia ballads and it's always great to hear songs by Nancy and Frank Jr. on the show!

This is a Beautiful show! This is my kind of music, and Nancy's presentation and voice (announcing) and Chuck's achievements, well you know the rest....THE VERY BEST!!

I know this is certainly not said enough on threads like these, and it should, and I want to give credit to where it's due, that Bob does such a terrific job all these months in posting and producing the music lists for all of Nancy's shows since the very beginning (April 2007), and one thing that always puzzles me, is how Bob always manages to juggle around everything else (posting msg's, PM's etc) while producing the list. It is totally amazing, considering the hard work that goes into it.

Thanks Bob for all your dedication! I am sure everyone feels the same.

We didn't have a show until last night. That's why they haven't posted anything. Life's dramas have caused many delays the last few weeks.

I understood that, Nancy.

I was answering Chuck's post earlier today: The listing on the Sirius site was not obsolete; they always take it off promptly Friday morning after Thursday night's show. I imagine the one for this week will be posted sometime tomorrow.

(Besides, this site is always up-to-date. Thanks for the advance lists, even when they're far from complete because the show hasn't yet been recorded.)

It's a good thing we arranged to do our own recordings via the ISDN line between Chuck and me. It would be nightmare if we had to drag Sirius engineers in at all hours of the day and night to accommodate us. Come to thnk of it, we probably couldn't get them at all.

This is one of my very favorite shows thus far. It's a credit to Nancy's tenacity that we got it done so quickly. I'm glad that we did - it's perfect for the upcoming holiday.

Thank heaven for little girls - and ISDN lines!

Boy, I sure love "Remember Me In Your Dreams." Could have easily come from one of the early Capitol sessions...

Bob,

I must echo everyone's sentiments: you've done a fantastic job of keeping the NFF weekly programming guide in tip-top shape. I often refer to it, to verify the earlier shows where changes were being done minute-by-minute and I was too distracted to notate every change.

The radio songs are a wonder to me. "For Sentimental Reasons" could have - SHOULD HAVE - been a single for Frank in the late 40s. I myself had not heard the version of "If This Isn't Love" until Dan sent it along for this show. We are all fortunate to have such a wonderful weekly program that offers such gems.

Chuck, can we possibly make the show 4 hours instead of 3 in the near future. make it a nice even number? I am so sad when it ends so quick all the time

Dan,

It would be wonderful to do four hours...Nancy and I might meet untimely deaths, though. It takes a lot of time to get three hours on the air each week...four might put us over the edge!

This was a brilliant show! It's definitely one of the best, if not the very best! Nancy For Frank seems to get better each week. And I always enjoy hearing the radio songs... they're one of my favorite things about the show. Thanks to Nancy and Chuck for playing them and for this wonderful show today! Happy Valentine's Day.

I agree, this show goes by way too fast! Every time it ends... I start the countdown till next Sunday.
