You're in command of Nancy for Frank this week, as Nancy takes to the air with another all-request show! You’ll hear your favorite songs and personal dedications, handpicked from your letters and phone calls to Nancy. Among the amazing array of songs are Frank rarities from Columbia, Capitol, and Reprise, fabulous recordings by Bing Crosby, Julius LaRosa, Andy Williams, Sammy Davis Jr. and Nancy herself! Nancy is also planning to put the spotlight on one of Frank’s great Reprise albums from the early 1970s.

Yep, my class is Jim. We're going to be on a yacht, leaving from Flushing Meadow, near Shea Stadium, we have the whole boat. About 200 people.

So sorry

I don't know your name, but I only remember Brunswick. Don't know if it was 2nd or not. I also don't remember the Lakewood Tavern. Of course I do remember my nephew, Nicky. He was my brother Bart's son.

It's a shame that the person who wrote that letter didn't leave a name. Maybe we could have figured this out.

Terrific requests show so far!

Great to hear 'I Will Drink The Wine', and 'Cycles' my fav's from those albums.

The first time I heard this beautiful song from Frank was when I picked up the 'Everything Happens To Me' album in the 90's, I think 1996... The song is 'If You Go away'. I heard Neil Diamond's version many years ago in 1971, and at that time was my favorite recording of the song, but Frank's recording is really my favorite since the 90's. I don't even think I bought the 'My Way' album until late 2000 or early 2001

Great Request Rick!!!

Thanks so much for spotlighting this masterpiece album 'Ol' Blue Eyes Is Back'! One of my favorite albums of Frank's of all time..It's on my top 5.

Damn, I am so entranced by this album, my Amy's Pizza almost burned in the oven..I caught it in time!

My favorite from the album: Let Me Try Again
what a brilliant recording!

Thank you for playing Andy Williams Speak Softly Love..This song has always had a special meaning to me more than anyone will ever know

So happy to hear 'Some Velvet Morning' but sad at the same time

One of my fav's from Nancy & Lee, Things
I love this song

Thanks Rick for another fantastic memorable request!!!!

That Set For Jim is as perfect as radio gets... I stepped out of the truck to get gas (price dropped seven cents in three days!!!), and got back in as Billy Joel's The Stranger was starting (Billy Joel is one of my favorite artists), and absolutely fell in love with the next two Frank tunes, Not As A Stranger, and Strange Music. It was an odd combination, going from a rockin' Billy Joel to perfectly voiced Sinatra ballads, but it worked incredibly well. Fantastic job on the song selections for that set.

You Will Be My Music is one of my favorite songs by Frank... The voice and orchestration are just perfect.

This version sounds verb heavy on the vocals... is it just me or is SIR messing with it?

The requests have all been great and what a wonderful show so far! Ol' Blue Eyes Is Back is one of my favorites too... whenever I hear the album, I always think how happy everyone must have been to see a new FS album after his brief retirement.

Absolutely! And to have a new album come out and have it sound like that must have been extra exciting. The songs are all great, and Frank sounded incredible too.

Finally, I can sit back and relax while listening to your show Nancy! This is the perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon! Posting on here, sipping coffee, watching the rain, looking through the Sinatra Family Album, and listening to Nancy for Frank. Can it get any better?

Yes, indeed. As I just told Mark in an answer to a PM question: The album did very well. Much better than anything since My Way 4½ years earlier. It was on the Billboard chart for 22 weeks; peaked at #13. No other FS albums did that well after, until Duets 20 years later.
