Hello Friends!
Nancy is in the desert, and I'm doing chores around the house (lots of painting this weekend), so I have posted the song list for today's show early to be sure I'm not late in doing so later. This is one of my favorite Nancy for Frank shows, filled with some of the finest standards of all-time. Among the irreplaceable gems that I love best are Frank's "Body and Soul" and "Why Was I Born," Ella Fitzgerald & Billy May's "It Was Written in the Stars" and Ella & Nelson Riddle's "Early Autumn," and - naturally - the entire Songs for Swingin' Lovers album! The closing set is simple and elegant (my new favorite of Jo Stafford's is her incredible rendition of "Make the Man Love Me" heard here). Hope everyone enjoys the show. Special thoughts and prayers go out to our friends and listeners in the midwest, where tornadoes and heavy rains are wreaking havoc.

Hi everyone. It's nice to be back with all of you. Don't have the time to spend here like I'd like.

Hi Lourdie. Sorry, I was reading some other threads. No, I listen with a portable Sirius radio hooked up to my stereo receiver. I never have any problems with that.
