Phil ramones playing favorites was a great show.
it was a great mix of songs spanning almost 50 years.
ol man river and the house I live in from the 40s was especially enjoyable. THe house I live is still revelant today as it was over
50 years ago. TOlerance for all peoples and religion is vital and this should be required listening to all the presidential candidates.
tolerance and repect for the people , especially the people it really America to all of us

it was nice to here this town and his stories on his relationship with Mr Sinatra

the "my way" duet with willie nelson was marvelous- It was the first time I heard. its an emotional song- I like this duet better than the
pavorati version

Are there still some unrelease songs from the "Duets"project?

they would be great to here- Didnt he record Angel Eyes?

great show by Phil

Propretors of Patsy's Restaurant pay a visit

On next week's Playing Favorites, Sal and Joe, the owners of Frank's favorite NY restaurant, stop in to pick out some favorite FS tunes and tell stories about their long friendship with the Sinatra family. It's a treasure of a show. Try to listen in. Upcoming guests include singer Christopher Cross (remember him from the early 80's?) and Steve Tyrell has asked to come back and choose another hour's worth of songs to play for us. Should be great. Steve is always welcome!

I really enjoyed Tom Brokaw today. I missed the show the first time around. He really did a great job introducing the tunes and throwing out his anecdotes... I especially enjoyed the one where he ran into Frank in a restaurant and Frank called him 'kid' and said he 'watched him on the news all the time.' It made me smile.

Great show today.

I guess today will be a mystery host. The Sirius website has been mum on details lately. Maybe the extra Steve Tyrell show Lou mentioned last month?

Believe or not, but most of brazilians never heard about Sérgio.
It´s rare listen his music played on radio here.

P.S. I missed Tom Brokaw´s reprise, Bob. I didn´t see this thread before, unfortunately. Anyway, thank you.
