This was a terrific show. I am a big fan of Burt Bacharach and will buy this new album as well. Love all the music! I am looking forward to the re-broadcast.

I also loved this show! Steve is a wondereful artist and such a nice guy. I preordered the CD and am looking forward to receiving it. He's one of my favorites. I enjoyed hearing him talk about the Sinatras.

Another mystery guest host this week: With 1½ hours to go until show time, there's still no announcement on the Siriusly Sinatra web page. If and when they put up a description, I'll copy it to this post.

I heard the Debby Boone one when it originally aired... I enjoyed it. Not as much as I did the Jackie Collins one, though... she was kinda naughty. Laughed out loud a couple times, too.

Jackie Collins listing
Sorry, Bob. The web site was offline for some server repair on Monday, June 23. Therefore, no new text could go up until Tuesday morning. Normally, the new Playing Favorites information goes up on Monday morning, however.
Thanks for listening!!! |

Favorite Playing Favorites
Debby Boone is on this week with her loving remembrances of Rosemary Clooney and her wonderful respect for Frank and the great arrangers he worked with.
We're going to run another encore the week of July 11. Any suggestions anyone?? The song lists and a complete list of hosts are accessible here, thanks to the tireless effort of Bob. Take a look! |

No question for me, Lou: Tita Cahn.
BTW, an index to all past shows and hosts may be found in Post #1 of this thread. |

I'm with you on that one, Bob. I'm about to call Tita to ask her to come back and do another. She's got LOADS of stories she can tell...and I aim to get 'em out of her. On her show, I especially liked the parodies and the songs by Sammy himself from that performance in NYC. Charming and rare! Good suggestion. Let's see what everyone else comes up with.
